The research group of the IGM CNR Unit of Bologna led by Dr. Giovanna Lattanzi participates in the TREAT-HGPS program. It is a 3-year program involving 4 European countries that will exploit existing HGPS mouse cell models to:
a) discover new combinations of therapeutic drugs and
b) provide essential new knowledge on the reversibility of progerin-induced damage.
