Scientific Advisory Board

The Institute of Molecular Genetics (IGM) has established the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), a counseling organism supporting the Director in reviewing ongoing and proposed research projects and defining the scientific strategies of this Institute. The Board will provide strategic guidance and assessments to strengthen the scientific quality and impact of the Institute activities.

The SAB is composed of:

Prof. Stefano Piccolo – President

Full Professor at the University of Padua and Group Leader at the Institute of Molecular Oncology (IFOM), Milan

Prof. Mauro Giacca – Member

Head of the School of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine & Sciences, King’s College London.

Prof. Cornelius Gross – Member

Interim Head of EMBL Rome.
